“ಟೀಚರ್ಸ್ ಹಬ್” ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಂದ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾದ ಸಹಯೋಗದ ವೇದಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಮತ್ತು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಬ್ಬರಿಗೂ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಅಧ್ಯಯನ ಸಾಮಗ್ರಿಗಳ ಸಂಪತ್ತನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ನವೀನ ವೆಬ್‌ಸೈಟ್ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಲೇಖನಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರತಿಭೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸುವ ಕೇಂದ್ರವಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದು ಪಾಠ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳು, ಬೋಧನಾ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶಿಗಳು, ವರ್ಕ್‌ಶೀಟ್‌ಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ತಯಾರಿ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಂತೆ ವ್ಯಾಪಕ ಶ್ರೇಣಿಯ ವಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡುತ್ತದೆ, ಎಲ್ಲವನ್ನೂ ಅನುಭವಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಂದ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
ವೇದಿಕೆಯು ಕಲಿಕೆಯ ಸಮುದಾಯವನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸುವ ಗುರಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದೆ, ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲು ತಮ್ಮ ಪರಿಣತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅನುಭವಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು. ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹಯೋಗ ಮತ್ತು ಜ್ಞಾನ-ಹಂಚಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ, ಟೀಚರ್ಸ್ ಹಬ್ ಬೋಧನಾ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸಗಳನ್ನು ಸುಧಾರಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಅಂತಿಮವಾಗಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಾದ್ಯಂತ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನವನ್ನು ನೀಡುತ್ತದೆ. ನೀವು ತರಗತಿಯ ಸಾಮಗ್ರಿಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ವೃತ್ತಿಪರ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲಗಳನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕುತ್ತಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ, ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಹಬ್ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಿಷಯಗಳ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಗಮ್ಯಸ್ಥಾನವಾಗಿದೆ
About Me – Prashanth G
I began my journey as a dedicated science teacher at GHPS Koothaganahalli, a remote village in Kanakapura Taluk. In the early days, I relied on traditional teaching methods, but my passion for technology soon led me to explore innovative ways to enhance my lessons. Despite the challenges of limited digital infrastructure, I used my laptop to create engaging PowerPoint presentations, aiming to make learning more interactive.
My enthusiasm for technology-driven education grew over time, and after a decade of service, I transitioned into the role of a Cluster Resource Person (CRP). Here, I introduced a Cluster Management System, addressing data management challenges faced by fellow CRPs. I also inspired and trained teachers in my cluster to adopt digital tools, which significantly boosted academic outcomes in our schools.
In my subsequent role at DSERT, I contributed to the ICT content development for the TALP program, where I trained high school teachers and educational officers across Karnataka. My work earned national recognition in 2016 when I received the prestigious National ICT Award for Teachers, a testament to my commitment to advancing educational technology.
Over the years, I have collaborated with organizations like CIET and NCERT on various e-content projects, worked as a Technical Helpdesk member for the Guruchethana Programme, and contributed to the Samveda E-Classes initiative. After six fulfilling years at DSERT, I am now back in the classroom as a science teacher at GHPS Bidadi, Ramanagara Taluk.
To further my mission of empowering educators, I have launched the *Teachers Hub* website, an organized platform that provides teaching resources. My vision is to expand this platform, offering online courses for both teachers and students in the near future.
